Where art thou, TD? By the way, this is OtisTom. I had to change my User ID because I couldn’t get website to agree with the password. Easier this way I guess. So now I’m doing the Mike Shaffer/ Iceman thing, lol.

Welcome back OT. The site must love me because I have maintained the same name and password for close on 30 years

TD seems to have gone silent and Mike is more active on Facebook.

The English Language is weird. It can be understood through tough thorough thought though.

Hey, man! Always good to hear from you. I have been here since 2003. I still read the comments , just haven’t posted in a very long time. Reading some LL this summer. Good deals at the local used book store.

I know he had some health problems. I hope his absence isn't bad news.

LL has that bond with us I guess. And the folks on this forum are cut from the same cloth.

Always checking in, old friend. Been re-reading many LLs this year. Got two more today: Treasure Mountain and Showdown at Yellow Butte. Finished The High Graders earlier. Would’ve liked different ending to that one. Still good though.

I just finished The Key-Lock Man on Wednesday morning. First time I had read it. Good book, as they all are. I haven't been doing as much reading recently. As odd as it may seem, I do most of my reading at work these days. I work alone overnight, and usually around 4-4:30 is when I start reading if I have a book with me. But for probably 2 1/2 months I was busy every night at work cleaning out the warehouse. We scrapped probably half of what was in here, so that's what I was doing all night instead of reading. Now I should be able to get some more reading done.

Last I heard TD wasn’t feeling well, but was in recovery…that was all I’ve heard so far. Hopefully it’s just a bump in the road.
